Henry was illegitimate, and it is said that his father was a police Inspector for whom his mother worked, although his father’s name is not shown on Henry’s the birth certificate. 

Henry’s military record states that he “died of disease”; his death certificate states the cause was acute lobar pneumonia, a possible complication from Spanish Influenza.
